1/2 OZ GALLIANO OR ROIANO

1/2 OZ PASSION-FRUIT SYRUP

2 TEASPOONS LEMON JUICE

1/2 OZ LIGHT RUM

1/2 EGG WHITE

1/3 CUP CRUSHED ICE

PUT ALL IGREDIENTS INTO BLENDER. BLEND AT LOW SPEED 10-15

SECONDS. POUR INTO PRECHILLED DEEP-SAUCER CHAMPOAGNE GLASS.
