1 OZ COFFEE LIQUEUR

1 OZ CURACAO

1/2 OZ CREAM

1/3 CUP CRUSHED ICE

Put all ingredients into blender. blend at low speed 10-15 seconds. pour into prechilled deep-saucer champagne glass although any kind of coffee liqueur may be used in this drink, the espresso- coffee liqueur is especially pleasant
