1 Top up Strong Black Coffee

1 Teaspoon Sugar

1 Pinch Cocoa Powder
Pour the Disaronno Amaretto and Cognac into the glass. Add the

coffee and sugar and stir. Dust the surface with the bitter

cocoa powder and finish by the cream over the back of a spoon

to create a layer.
