1/2 part simple syrup
Barspoon of plum preserves

Garnish: shaved nutmeg
Method: Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and grate nutmeg over the surface of the cocktail
